Iterate Growth’s primary service is building AI native marketing teams for private equity portfolio companies. Unlike other ad agencies and consultants, we do not work on a billable hours or a percentage of ad spend model.

Our compensation comes in the form of a percentage of free cash flow and a small retainer.

No view counts. No engagement metrics. There is only one number we care about and we do anything needed to grow it. Free cash flow.

We work directly with private equity firms to radically improve efficiency of marketing operations through AI and AI native marketing teams.

Consultant HISTORY

Iterate Growth is led by Kenneth To. He is a General Partner at INTJ Fund and the editor of Games of Strategy, a newsletter for executives, founders, and investors focused on the strategic implications of AI, AR, and emerging tech. Each essay draws from real operating experience.

Kenneth previously led marketing and partnerships at Foundry Six, where he built communities, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships with organizations like Meta, Qualcomm, and T-Mobile. His work spanned both consumer and enterprise verticals, with clients including OMD, Samsung, Toyota, Shopee, Burger King, and M&M’s.

He has advised early-stage companies at the USC Incubator and scaled mobile, e-commerce, and blockchain products across multiple agencies. Before that, he was Head of Growth at Solve Growth, a user acquisition consultancy for new ventures; a data scientist at Company Laboratory (Colab), a Los Angeles-based venture studio; and co-founder of Saigon Social, one of Southeast Asia’s first influencer marketing agencies.

He began his career in M&A, followed by business development roles at private equity firms. Kenneth holds a Master’s from Northwestern University in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor’s from Babson College.
